Dr Maxwell Ubah is a highly sought-after consultant and advisor specializing in strategy, leadership, culture alignment, and organizational transformation. He is the CEO of Strategy House, a company that helps senior executives design and implement winning strategies through training, coaching, and consulting engagements.


Dr Ubah holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School (2011). He has attended the Wharton Executive Education Programme on Strategic Thinking and Leadership for Growth. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (FCIMC), USA and Canada, Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board (FIMCBTM), a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Accredited Management Consultant (AMC), Member, Institute of Training and Development (MITD), and Learning Development Specialist, Learning and Development Network International. He is also a graduate of Medicine and Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka (1997), where he graduated with distinction in Physiology and was the Best Medical Student in Basic Medical Sciences in 1992.
